but 939 Terms and Conditions — Clear Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to but 939. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player," "you") and but 939 ("we," "us," "the platform") governing your access to and use of the but 939 website, mobile platform, sports betting services, casino games, card games, and all other products offered under the but 939 brand.

but 939 is operated as an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions on but 939 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). To register and use but 939 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. but 939 strictly prohibits access by minors. We conduct age verification checks as part of the registration process and reserve the right to request identity documents confirming date of birth at any time.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or director of but 939 or any company affiliated with but 939, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must not be under any self-exclusion restriction, either one you have set yourself on but 939 or one imposed by the platform.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on but 939. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. but 939 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using the information provided.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. but 939 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to maintain adequate security over your account.

Accounts may only be registered and used by the person whose details are provided during registration. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All deposits on but 939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). but 939 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum standard deposit limit, though but 939 may apply higher-level deposit limits to specific accounts in accordance with responsible gaming procedures.

• All deposit transactions are processed in real time via secure, encrypted payment channels.
• but 939 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your bank or wallet provider before depositing.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted. but 939 will return such deposits and may suspend the relevant account.
• Deposited funds are held separately from but 939's operating funds and are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

but 939 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals in PKR. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed in under four minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed the same business day in most cases.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was used to deposit into your but 939 account, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• but 939 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Third-party bank or wallet fees are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance may be queued and processed once maintenance is complete.
• but 939 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This is for security purposes and typically adds no more than a few hours to processing time.

All bets placed on but 939 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may also apply and are available within the relevant betting sections of the platform.

• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, and account level and are displayed on the relevant bet slip.
• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by but 939. A bet placed but not confirmed — for example due to a network interruption — is not a valid bet and no settlement liability arises.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified except via the Cash Out function where available and at the value displayed at the time of cash out.
• but 939 publishes odds in decimal format by default. Fractional and American formats are available as display preferences.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or does not reach the minimum threshold for a result (as defined in individual sport rules), pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets that have been accepted and settled based on events that occurred before any abandonment remain settled.
• but 939 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full where void decisions are made.

but 939 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. but 939 reserves the right to exclude any player from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe stated for each promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• but 939 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

All casino games and card games offered on but 939 — including but not limited to Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, slots, Teen Patti, Poker, Andar Bahar, and all live dealer games — operate under the following rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by but 939 or by any player.
• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information section. RTPs represent long-run statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Game rules and bet limits are displayed within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before playing.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned. but 939 will not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a technical fault.
• Live dealer game decisions made by the dealer are final once made and cannot be reversed.
